Who we are.

We are an independent consultancy that aims to share our extensive experience in the telecommunications industry to help you achieve your business goals and improve your business capabilities.
We like to think that with our knowledge and experience we can add value when it comes to providing advice on your telecommunications and supply chain strategies: Over the past 30 years we have had direct experience of working on some of the industry’s most exciting innovations:

We have also successfully implemented complex SAP and CRM systems, taken on governance and advisory roles for industry standard organisations, and have considerable strategic and operational experience in Supply Chain and Logistics operations for Direct Sales, Distribution, Retail and Construction companies.

Before setting up Abbeycraft Consulting, our Director and Owner, Richard Copeland, was responsible for the SIM strategy at T-Mobile and led business thinking into new areas of innovation, such as, RFID, M2M, NFC, contactless payment, internet of things and EUICC. He has also developed an extensive network of contacts and key stakeholders in the telecommunications and SIM industries in the UK and Europe; all of which is at our fingertips when we’re advising clients on the optimum solution for them.

Who we work with.

We work with a wide range of companies, from large corporations to small businesses. We have acted as a bridge between mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) and large mobile network operators (MNO) to achieve the optimum outcome for our client.
